Rositza Goseva

Rositza Goseva is a high-performing open water swimmer and certified at National Sports Academy  in Bulgaria swimimng coach and Oceanman  Open Water  Swimming Coach with a strong international competitive background in both pool swimming and open water racing. She is a multiple holder international and national podium  finisher in her age group, achieving podium results in middle- and long-distance pool events as well as open water competitions.

Her athletic development is shaped by years of high-level competitive swimming and training in an elite international environment, contributing to her strong endurance capacity, race intelligence, and professional standards.

Rositza has  a unique distinction as the coach at  only Bulgarian athlete at 16 years who has achieved multiple podium finishes in the Oceanman series in the 10 km distance, one of the most demanding endurance challenges in open water swimming.

As an active elite athlete and coach, Rositza combines real-world racing experience with a structured, performance-driven approach. Her work focuses on technical efficiency, endurance development, athlete safety, and confidence in open water conditions.

She is committed to representing the Oceanman values through professionalism, excellence, and long-term athlete development on an international level.
