PATRICIA KOHLMANN

My name is Patricia “Patty” Kohlmann and i am from Mexico. I’m a 2 time olimpian participating in swimming in 1984 and 1988 games.

I am the proud founder and head coach of team Kohlmann, an international open water swimming team. I am a very a passionate coach who will help you discover how faryou can go in this sport, teach you that there are no limits, that any goal is possible if you work hard for it and will lead you to enjoying open water swimming always considering your safety.

In a personal level, i am very proud to be mother of Fede, Patrick and Nicole.

I have worked with swimmers of all levels and trained athletes that have completed premiere open water swims such as Catalina channel crossing, strait of Gibraltar, and other ultraswims in Mexico such as 35k in la baz, Baja California, 22k in Acapulco and numerous 5 and 10k swims such as OCEANMAN and El Cruce, including winning OCEANMAN World Championship.

I am still training and competing in an international level in both open water swims and triathlon, and I have won OCEANMAN World Championships three times.
