Biography
My name is Oscar Delgado Oyarbide, I am 49 years old, I am an Industrial Technical Engineer – Master in Structures, Degree and sportsman.
In swimming I have achieved very important achievements for me, such as the Spanish Record in 200 Butterfly 30-35 (2:22:67), January 2004 in Gijon or Spanish Record in 800L (p.50) 30-35 (9:54:90) June 2003, also in Gijon.
In addition to competing in different cities of the Spanish territory, I have participated in races in France, Mexico, Italy, Germany, etc.
In my country I have been able to be Regional Absolute swimming champion 7 times, Regional Master Champion 2002,100 free and 50mp.2002 and Regional Absolute Champion 2002, in 100 free, besides having the Regional Master Record in 100 mp, 8001, 4001, 2001, 200mp and 100est.
In the OCEANMAN circuit I have managed to be 2nd category Cap D’Agde 2019, 2nd in Tabarca 2018, 2nd in Costa Azahar 2021, 6th in the World Championship Final in Cancun and 17th in OCEANMAN Lago D’Orta.
In addition to the RECOGNITION swimmer Master Cantabrian 2003 by the F.C.N.
Being passionate about sports, I have been able to compete also in Athletics, Cycling, Mountaineering, Trail, Diving etc etc.
I have completed the Madrid Marathon 2001, Seville 2016 and Berlin 2018, climbed Mont Blanc in 1999 and Toubkal in 2006, I have participated in the international in Midland-Michigan (U.S.A.) 1988 and many more.
