Biography
I live between Paris and Datca Peninsula. I have been training and competing in open water swim and triathlon for over 15 years and appreciate the focus, structure and purpose it brings to my life. I am also an IRONMAN certified coach.
I am a member of Courbevoie Triathlon Team in Paris.I take part in many international open water swim and triathlon races.
Having engineering and master of business administration background supports my coaching experience with valuable analytical way of teaching methods.
In my training routine I treat the nutrition as one of the key elements.I support swimming workouts with strength and HIIT programs.Therefore, training with me will offer you a swimming discipline with every aspects.
I give training in pools, rivers, beautiful lakes and open seas in and around Paris.
And with it’s amazing nature and bays in Datca Peninsula I offer training in turquoise crystal clear water.
I speak Turkish,English and French.
